Understand Al Furjan before you move or invest.
Al Furjan is Nakheel's established south-Dubai community between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It combines villas, townhouses and apartment buildings with neighbourhood pavilions and access to the Route 2020 Metro corridor.
Spend time locally: Al Furjan Pavilion and Al Furjan West Pavilion cover coffee, casual dining and everyday errands, while Ibn Battuta Mall is nearby for cinema, restaurants and family shopping. The Al Furjan and Discovery Gardens Metro stations make it easier to meet friends in Dubai Marina, Expo City and central Dubai.
Resident note: amenities are distributed across a wide area rather than concentrated in one walkable high street. Check the exact distance to a pavilion, Metro station and school route; parts of the community also continue to see nearby development activity.
