Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar's newer waterfront district beside Dubai Creek and close to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. It is shaped around contemporary apartment buildings, Creek Marina, public promenades and a growing waterfront retail scene.
Spend time locally: Creek Marina and the Viewing Point are easy sunset stops, Creek Beach offers a family-friendly waterfront setting, and the promenade's cafés make the area pleasant for meeting friends. Birdwatching at the nearby Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary adds a distinctly Dubai weekend option.
Resident note: it remains an expanding master plan. Retail choice and transport are improving but are less mature than Downtown or Dubai Marina, and residents should account for ongoing construction, limited direct Metro access and the distance to some established schools.
