Dubai Marina is a dense waterfront community of high-rise apartments arranged around a yacht marina. It offers a social, walkable-by-Dubai-standards lifestyle with the Metro, Tram, Marina Walk and JBR all close to home.
Spend time locally: Marina Walk is lined with cafés and casual restaurants, Pier 7 is a familiar dinner address, and The Beach at JBR gives families sand, cinema and dining within a short walk. Yacht charters, the Marina promenade and nearby Bluewaters work well for visiting friends.
Resident note: choose the micro-location carefully. Marina-facing homes can be lively and scenic but exposed to road, restaurant and weekend noise; the area is also prone to peak-hour congestion, so a building's access route and parking are important.
